Foster program
We do not foster out frequently BUT it is great to have some people for us to have on hand incase of an emergency which is a BIG help. We typically only need fosters for Pregnant dog/nursing dogs, injured dogs, or dogs that have been diagnosed with something that requires medications/vet appointments.
When you foster, the shelter covers all expenses and will get any needs the dog needs such as food, dog beds, toys, a crate if needed, ANYTHING. If fostering is something you would be interested in please fill out the form ———————->
Volunteer at the shelter
Volunteering is one great way to help our shelter. Volunteering consist of dog walking (most needed), cleaning dog cages, cleaning cat cages, helping with the dishes, we even need people to help with taking dogs to the vet!
All volunteers must be 16 years old even if accompanied by an adult, if anyone is under 18 years old they will need a guardian signature for the waiver. You can fill out an application at the shelter, OR if you have access to a printer you can print the waivers and bring them with you! We have 2 separate waivers. both will need filled out. One is the county waiver, and the other one is for our 501c3, you can find those waivers below
If you decide to fill out the waivers online, be sure to print and fill out BOTH waivers below!
